9. Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure all employees receive required compliance and safety training.
10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees to foster a positive learning environment.
11. Assist with the onboarding of new employees by providing training on company policies, procedures, and culture.

13. Continuously seek feedback and make improvements to training programs to meet the changing needs of the organization.
