  1. Design and develop training programs for employees at various locations.
  2. Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions that align with adult learning principles.
  3. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
  4. Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create customized training solutions.
  5. Conduct needs assessments to determine the most effective training methods and materials.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in corporate training and incorporate them into training programs.
  7. Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, handouts, and visual aids.
  8. Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees who require additional assistance.
  9. Utilize a variety of training methods, such as classroom training, e-learning, and on-the-job training.
  10. Act as a mentor and role model for employees, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
  11. Monitor trainees' progress and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  12. Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts to ensure consistency and standardization in training programs.
  13. Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.
  14. Communicate training schedules and updates to employees and managers.
  15. Continuously seek feedback from trainees and use it to improve training programs.
  16. Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure trainees do the same.
  17. Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to effectively train employees.
  18. Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they receive proper training.
  19. Support and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  20. Continuously evaluate and improve the overall training program to meet the needs of the company and its employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Corporate Training, Preferably In The Hospitality Or Rental Car Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design.
