3. Assist in the day-to-day operations of the car rental location, including managing inventory, coordinating vehicle maintenance, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the rental office.
4. Train and supervise front-line employees to ensure they are knowledgeable about company policies, procedures, and services.
5. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner, striving to resolve them to the customer's satisfaction.
6. Act as a role model for employees by demonstrating excellent customer service, salesmanship, and leadership skills.
7. Participate in the hiring process for new employees, including conducting interviews, making hiring recommendations, and providing training and guidance to new team members.
8. Monitor and analyze sales and operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
10. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience and increase efficiency.
11. Attend and actively participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge of the car rental industry.
12. Collaborate with other managers and team members to achieve company goals and objectives.
13. Maintain accurate and organized records and reports related to sales, inventory, and customer service.
14. Serve as a brand ambassador for Hertz Car Rental, promoting the company's values and mission to customers and employees.
15. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth and development to excel in the role of Manager Trainee.
