- Maintain a clean and organized rental office and display area.
- Upsell additional products and services to customers to enhance their rental experience.
- Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Follow up with customers after their rental to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date on rental industry trends and competition to make informed recommendations to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.

Strong Customer Service Skills: A Rental Sales Agent At Hertz Car Rental Must Have Excellent Customer Service Skills To Effectively Communicate With Customers And Provide Them With A Positive Experience.
