- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate vehicles for their rental needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns.
- Offer recommendations and upsell additional services or upgrades.
- Process rental transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update rental records and contracts.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and ensure they are clean and well-maintained.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely delivery and return of rental vehicles.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by the company.
- Keep up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and promotions.

- Continuously strive to improve the rental process and provide feedback to management.
Experience In Customer Service: A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Customer Service Is Required For This Role. Prior Experience In The Car Rental Industry Is Preferred.
Strong Communication Skills: The Ability To Communicate Effectively With Customers And Team Members Is Crucial For A Rental Sales Agent. This Includes Both Verbal And Written Communication Skills.
Sales Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record In Sales, With The Ability To Meet And Exceed Sales Targets. Experience In Upselling And Cross-Selling Is Also Desired.
Knowledge Of Rental Policies And Procedures: A Thorough Understanding Of Rental Policies And Procedures Is Essential For A Rental Sales Agent. This Includes Knowledge Of Insurance Coverage, Rental Agreements, And Billing Processes.
Flexibility And Adaptability: The Car Rental Industry Can Be Fast-Paced And Ever-Changing. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Adapt To Changing Situations And Work Well Under Pressure. Flexibility In Work Schedule, Including Weekends And Holidays, Is Also Required.
