We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Rental Sales Agent to join our team. As a Rental Sales Agent, you will be responsible for helping customers with their rental needs, providing excellent customer service, and promoting our products and services.   1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Assist customers with their rental needs and provide recommendations based on their requirements.
  3. Process rental transactions accurately and efficiently.
  4. Ensure all rental paperwork and contracts are completed correctly.
  5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
  6. Promote and upsell additional products and services, such as insurance and upgrades.
  7. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all vehicles and services offered by Hertz.
  8. Keep the rental office and vehicles clean and organized at all times.
  9. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience.
  10. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
  11. Continuously educate yourself on industry trends and developments to provide the best service to customers.
  12. Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of rental transactions and customer information.
  14. Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rentals to ensure they are in good condition.
  15. Attend training sessions and meetings to continuously improve sales and customer service skills.
  16. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in the rental process.
  17. Assist with any other duties or tasks assigned by management.

  • Attention To Detail: A Rental Sales Agent Needs To Be Detail-Oriented To Ensure Accurate And Efficient Processing Of Rental Agreements And Payments. Attention To Detail Is Also Important When Inspecting Vehicles For Damage And Ensuring They Are Properly Cleaned And Maintained.
