- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the company
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and expectations for each role
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify and engage with potential candidates
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the company
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for future job openings
- Partner with the HR team to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process and attract top talent
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to attract recent graduates and entry-level talent
- Prepare and present regular recruitment reports to management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in the recruitment process.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Recruiting Or Talent Acquisition, Preferably In The Automotive Or Hospitality Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Current Recruiting Trends And Strategies, Including The Use Of Social Media And Other Digital Platforms.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage With Candidates And Build Relationships With Hiring Managers.
Experience With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Hr Software.
