1. Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to ensure they are clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition before and after each rental.
2. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as refueling, checking fluid levels, and changing oil as needed.
3. Keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance and report any issues or concerns to management.
4. Utilize appropriate cleaning products and techniques to ensure vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
5. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing them with information about rental procedures and vehicle features.
6. Assist with the check-in and check-out process for rental vehicles, ensuring all necessary paperwork and payments are completed accurately and efficiently.
7. Coordinate with other team members to ensure that vehicles are available and ready for customers as scheduled.
8. Communicate with management about any customer concerns or complaints, and work to resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
9. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
10. Maintain a neat and organized work area, including storage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
11. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management on potential areas for improvement.
12. Attend training sessions and meetings as required to stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and new rental vehicle models.
