1. Clean and maintain rental vehicles to ensure they are in pristine condition for customers.
2. Conduct regular vehicle inspections to identify any damages or maintenance needs.
3. Follow company standards and guidelines for cleaning and maintenance of vehicles.
4. Perform basic maintenance tasks such as refueling, checking tire pressure, and topping off fluids.
5. Coordinate with other team members to ensure all vehicles are ready and available for rental.
6. Greet and assist customers with their vehicle rental needs, including helping them locate their designated rental vehicle and answering any questions they may have.
7. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any issues or concerns customers may have with their rental vehicle.
8. Communicate with management and maintenance teams regarding any vehicle issues or concerns.
9. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the service bay and vehicle lot.
10. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for yourself, colleagues, and customers.
11. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
12. Keep accurate records of vehicle cleaning and maintenance tasks performed.
13. Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues at all times.
14. Assist with any other tasks or duties assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the rental location.
