  1. Develop and maintain relationships with global/major clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all business-related inquiries and needs.
  2. Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth and expansion within assigned accounts.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic account plans that align with company objectives.
  4. Utilize market knowledge and competitive analysis to identify potential clients and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
  5. Act as a brand ambassador for HPE Aruba Networking, promoting products and services to clients and prospects.
  6. Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, as well as industry trends and developments.
  7. Communicate regularly with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
  8. Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring a mutually beneficial and profitable partnership.
  9. Keep accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities using company CRM software.
  10. Stay up-to-date on sales techniques and industry best practices to continuously improve sales performance.
  11. Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on market trends, client needs, and strategies for improvement.
  12. Represent HPE Aruba Networking at industry events and conferences to promote the brand and network with potential clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Technical Knowledge And Understanding Of Hpe Aruba Networking Solutions: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Hpe Aruba's Product Offerings, Including Switches, Routers, Access Points, And Network Management Tools. They Should Also Be Familiar With Industry Trends And Competition In The Networking Market.

  • Proven Track Record In Sales And Business Development: The Candidate Should Have A Successful Sales Track Record, Preferably In The Networking Industry. They Should Possess Strong Negotiation Skills And The Ability To Develop And Maintain Relationships With Key Customers.

  • Experience Working With Global/Major Accounts: The Role Requires Experience In Managing Large, Complex Accounts With A Global Presence. The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Challenges And Opportunities Associated With Managing These Types Of Accounts.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: As A Major Account Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Presenting And Communicating With Key Stakeholders At The Customer's Organization. Therefore, Strong Communication And Presentation Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field: A Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Computer Science, Engineering, Or Business, Is Typically Required For This Role. A Master's Degree May Also Be Preferred, Along With Relevant Certifications In The Networking Industry.
