- Act as a brand ambassador for HPE, representing the company and its values to potential candidates and promoting the benefits of the Graduate Program.
- Screen and review applications to identify qualified candidates for the Sales Graduate Program.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and potential to determine their fit for the program.
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities and academic institutions to attract top talent.
- Plan and organize recruitment events, including career fairs and information sessions, to engage with potential candidates.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, providing them with all necessary information and resources to start their career with HPE.
- Collaborate with various departments within HPE to design and implement training and development programs for Sales Graduates.
- Monitor the progress and performance of Sales Graduates and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive work environment for Sales Graduates, promoting diversity and equal opportunities.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the Sales Graduate Program to ensure its effectiveness and alignment with HPE's goals and values.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Clients And Colleagues.
Knowledge Of The Technology Industry And The Ability To Understand And Articulate Complex Technical Concepts.
Previous Sales Experience Or An Interest In Sales And A Desire To Develop Sales Skills.
Flexibility And Adaptability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment With The Ability To Learn And Grow Quickly.
