3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in infrastructure automation, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
5. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
6. Conduct regular assessments and audits of existing infrastructure automation processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
7. Manage and troubleshoot any issues that arise with infrastructure automation systems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
8. Create and maintain documentation for all infrastructure automation processes and procedures.
9. Train and mentor team members on infrastructure automation best practices and tools.
10. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of infrastructure automation solutions and make recommendations for optimization.
11. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
12. Participate in business development activities, including presenting infrastructure automation solutions to potential clients.
