Job Description

Provide day to day Technical and functional leadership and direction to team members to manage operations, enhancements and transformation activities on a set of applications belonging to one or more functional domain/s. Lead Business engagement actives, collaborate with Senior Business Leaders and stakeholders to understand Business Strategy, develop IT roadmaps and strategies aligning to the Business plan and drive their execution. Ensures that applications are highly available and meet or exceed performance expectations, by working with vendors and internal IT teams that manage/support the applications. Enables the team to meet and exceed relevant IT metrics and commitments per HPE IT's business goals and objectives. Drive and develop the IT Landscape Transformation strategy for relevant applications and execute the implementation of transformation opportunities. Develop high-performance teams through ongoing coaching and constructive feedback.

Job Qualifications

  • 15 years of minimum related experience with a minimum of 5 years of People Management experience.

  • Strong Hands-on Technical experience in one or more Technologies

  • Extensive experience in delivering multiple SAP transformation initiatives

  • Extensive experience in directly or indirectly managing large teams ( 25+ team members)
