Manager, Data and Analytics
Brings thought leadership for socializing data as a business asset with the executive leadership, and communicates the data story. Leads business analysis, data engineering, data quality, data catalog, and governance in large complex environment involving edge to cloud transformation, and integration of data across multiple BUs and functions. Designs and builds data solutions using enterprise systems including SAP or other ERP systems, open-source technologies, Python, SQL, Hadoop, Spark, and micro services. Builds high performance data and analytics teams with employees and vendors; hires and retains top talent, and creates team’s focus on solving the right and the most important problems with a focus on impact. Manages multiple project deliveries, risk mitigations, and communication.
A minimum of 10 years related experience
Expertise in developing and nurturing teams consisting of internal resources and vendors
