- Develop and implement open source security strategies and initiatives for the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks in open source software.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of open source security trends and emerging threats.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and regulations related to open source security.
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of security controls and protocols for open source software.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure security is integrated into the software development lifecycle.
- Conduct security assessments and audits of open source software to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to open source security policies, procedures, and standards.

Extensive Experience In Designing And Implementing Security Solutions For Open Source Technologies, Such As Linux, Apache, And Mysql.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Open Source Security Tools And Methodologies, Including Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing, And Threat Modeling.
Strong Understanding Of Open Source Licensing And Compliance Requirements, Including The Ability To Navigate Complex Licensing Structures And Provide Guidance To Development Teams.
Proven Track Record In Developing And Implementing Security Policies, Procedures, And Standards To Ensure Compliance With Industry Regulations And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Security Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
