Job Description

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an experienced Principal Customer Architect to join our team and drive our customer success initiatives. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in customer service to provide strategic guidance to our customers, leveraging HPE’s broad portfolio of technology solutions. You should have a strong track record of developing and executing customer-centric architectures and strategies, and have a passion for helping customers succeed. To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be highly organized, and have a strong customer service background. Responsibilites:

  1. Provide strategic guidance to customers, leveraging HPE’s technology solutions.
  2. Develop and execute customer-centric architectures and strategies.
  3. Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  4. Be highly organized and have a strong customer service background.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success.
  6. Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate action.
  7. Analyze customer needs and develop customized solutions.
  8. Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
