- Provide strategic guidance to clients regarding IT Operations Management and AIOps solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and design customized solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Implement and configure advanced ITOM and AIOps tools and technologies for clients.
- Serve as subject matter expert on ITOM and AIOps, keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements.
- Conduct workshops and trainings to educate clients on the benefits and best practices of ITOM and AIOps.
- Analyze complex IT systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and product development, to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful and timely completion of projects.
- Continuously monitor and assess the performance of ITOM and AIOps solutions, providing recommendations for enhancements or updates as needed.
Extensive Experience In It Operations Management (Itom): The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of It Operations Management Principles, Processes, And Tools. They Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience Working In Itom Roles, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Itom Solutions.
Aiops Expertise: As The Role Involves Working With Aiops Tools And Technologies, The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Aiops Concepts And Their Practical Applications. They Should Have Experience Working With Aiops Platforms Such As Dynatrace, Splunk, Or Appdynamics.
Strong Consulting Skills: The Senior Itom Aiops Consultant Will Be Responsible For Providing Strategic Guidance And Recommendations To Clients. Therefore, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Consulting Skills, Including The Ability To Understand Business Needs, Develop Effective Solutions, And Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
Project Management Experience: This Role Requires The Candidate To Lead And Manage Itom Projects From Start To Finish. Therefore, They Should Have Experience In Project Management, Including Planning, Budgeting, And Resource Management. They Should Also Have Experience Working In An Agile Environment.
Industry Knowledge: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Broad Understanding Of The It Industry And The Latest Trends, Especially In The Areas Of It Operations And Aiops. They Should Be Able To Identify Opportunities For Innovation And Continuously Improve Their Knowledge And Skills To Stay Ahead Of The Curve. Additionally, Experience In Specific Industries Such As Finance, Healthcare, Or Retail May Be Preferred, Depending On The Client's Needs.
