- Utilize market research and industry trends to stay informed of competitive pricing and service offerings.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive database of services quotes and pricing information.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, product managers, and customers.
- Continuously improve and optimize the services quoting process to drive efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to services quoting, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices for services quoting and product ownership.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest IT products and technologies, and make recommendations for product and service enhancements.
- Work closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide customized solutions.

Strong Understanding Of It Services: The Candidate Should Have A Comprehensive Understanding Of Various It Services, Including Hardware, Software, And Networking Solutions. This Will Enable Them To Accurately Quote Services For Clients And Ensure That The Proposed Solutions Meet Their Needs.
Experience In Product Ownership: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Ownership, With A Focus On It Solutions. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Manage And Prioritize Product Features, Communicate With Stakeholders, And Drive Product Development.
