Storage Engineering Program Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Lead storage engineering programs and initiatives.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
3. Establish and manage program objectives, strategies, and timelines.
4. Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure that storage engineering programs are completed on time and within budget.
5. Monitor and analyze program performance and KPIs.
6. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
7. Provide technical and strategic guidance to engineering teams.
8. Create and maintain program documentation.
9. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with program goals.
10. Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.
