Job Description

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Support Manager to join our team and provide support services to our customers. The ideal candidate for this position should be a problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in managing customer service teams, a deep knowledge of the technology industry, and the ability to respond quickly and effectively to customer inquiries. Responsibilities: • Manage customer service teams and ensure customer inquiries are responded to quickly and effectively • Lead customer service initiatives and implement customer service best practices • Motivate and mentor customer service teams to ensure high levels of performance • Develop strategies to improve customer service processes and customer satisfaction • Analyze customer trends and identify areas for improvement • Monitor customer inquiries and ensure customer service standards are met • Address customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary • Prepare reports on customer service performance and customer satisfaction • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the technology industry and customer service trends.
