Job Description

Highmark Health is seeking an experienced and innovative 3D Imaging Technologist Chief to join our team and lead the strategic direction of our 3D imaging program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for medical imaging and a deep understanding of 3D imaging technology and processes. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a 3D imaging technologist in a clinical setting, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Radiology or a related field. You should also have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and be able to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders. Additionally, a strong customer-service orientation and the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems is essential. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to ensure the successful and effective operation of the 3D imaging program.
  2. Monitor and assess 3D imaging technologies and processes, and develop innovative solutions to optimize workflow.
  3. Provide technical support and training to staff and other stakeholders on 3D imaging technologies.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective outcomes with 3D imaging projects.
  5. Monitor and evaluate program performance and make adjustments to ensure quality standards are met.
  6. Maintain up-to-date records and documentation related to 3D imaging program activities.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure successful program operations.
  8. Remain current on developments in 3D imaging technology to ensure best practices are employed.
  9. Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Troubleshoot and resolve 3D imaging-related challenges.
