Job Description

Highmark Health is looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our customers in providing courteous, professional, and efficient service. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, managing customer accounts, and providing answers to technical and billing inquiries in a timely manner. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Manage customer accounts and provide technical and billing assistance.
  3. Maintain current knowledge of company policies and procedures.
  4. Resolve customer complaints and resolve conflicts in a timely, courteous, and efficient manner.
  5. Provide excellent customer service and support by utilizing strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  6. Remain up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
  7. Maintain a positive, professional attitude in all customer interactions.
  8. Record customer information accurately and in a timely manner.
  9. Meet performance goals and objectives set by the company.
  10. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
