Job Description

Highmark Health is looking for an enthusiastic Client Service Representative to join our team. This person must have a passion for providing exceptional service and be a team player. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring that all client inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively. In order to be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as be highly organized and detail-oriented. Responsibilities of a Client Service Representative:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Provide accurate information to customers about products and services.
  3. Process customer orders, payments, and requests promptly and accurately.
  4. Proactively identify customer needs and offer solutions.
  5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
  6. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  7. Identify and escalate customer issues as needed.
  8. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  9. Track customer interactions and analyze customer feedback.
  10. Follow all company policies and procedures.
