  1. Collaborate with the Community Affairs team to assist in the planning and execution of community outreach initiatives.
  2. Conduct research on community needs and trends to inform program development and outreach efforts.
  3. Communicate effectively with community partners, stakeholders, and volunteers.
  4. Assist in the coordination of events and activities, including logistics, materials, and volunteers.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and leaders.
  6. Attend community events and meetings to represent Highmark Health and promote our mission.
  7. Assist in the creation of marketing and promotional materials to raise awareness of our community programs.
  8. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills related to community engagement.
  9. Support the tracking and reporting of program outcomes and impact.
  10. Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture by actively participating in team meetings and activities.
  11. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent Highmark Health values in all interactions.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to learn and grow within the role and in the field of community affairs.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Job Qualifications
