  1. Conduct legal research and assist with the preparation of legal documents and contracts.
  2. Assist in reviewing and analyzing healthcare regulations and policies.
  3. Participate in meetings and conference calls with internal teams and external partners.
  4. Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for legal team and management.
  5. Help maintain and organize legal documents and records.
  6. Collaborate with attorneys and other legal staff to support ongoing legal matters.
  7. Attend court hearings and trials as needed.
  8. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations related to the healthcare industry.
  9. Provide administrative support to the legal team, such as scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  10. Contribute to the development and implementation of legal strategies and initiatives.
  11. Serve as a liaison between different departments and the legal team.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  13. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
  14. Uphold ethical and professional standards in all job duties.
  15. Perform any other duties assigned by the legal team or management.
