Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Occupational Therapy: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Occupational Therapy Is Required For This Position, With Preference Given To Candidates With A Master's Degree.
State Licensure: All Applicants Must Possess A Current And Valid License To Practice Occupational Therapy In The State Where The Job Is Located.
Experience In Occupational Therapy: Previous Experience Working As An Occupational Therapist Is Highly Preferred, With A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Or Healthcare Setting.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations: Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of State And Federal Healthcare Regulations, As Well As Knowledge Of Insurance And Reimbursement Policies.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Occupational Therapists Must Have Excellent Communication Skills In Order To Work Effectively With Patients, Their Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
