Phlebotomist

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our team at Highmark Health. This individual must have strong technical skills and the ability to provide a safe and effective service to patients in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

1. Draw blood samples from patients in a safe and effective manner.
2. Label and process samples for testing.
3. Provide support and information to patients prior to and during the procedure.
4. Ensure all safety protocols are followed.
5. Maintain accurate records of all procedures.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
7. Communicate with physicians and laboratory staff.
8. Assist with other duties as assigned.
