- Provide exceptional care to patients facing cancer and blood disorders.
- Utilize knowledge and expertise in hematology and oncology to diagnose and treat patients.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans for patients.
- Conduct physical examinations and order and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Monitor and manage patient responses to treatment and make necessary adjustments.
- Educate patients and their families about their condition and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical records.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Stay current on developments and advancements in hematology and oncology.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to best practices.
- Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and understanding towards patients and their families.

- Act with professionalism and integrity at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Physician Assistant Studies From An Accredited Program.
Certification By The National Commission On Certification Of Physician Assistants (Nccpa).
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Hematology Oncology Setting.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Current Treatment Protocols For Various Forms Of Cancer.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Provide Compassionate Care To Patients And Effectively Collaborate With Other Healthcare Professionals.
