1. Provide exceptional care to patients facing cancer and blood disorders.
2. Utilize knowledge and expertise in hematology and oncology to diagnose and treat patients.
3. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans for patients.
4. Conduct physical examinations and order and interpret diagnostic tests.
5. Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
6. Monitor and manage patient responses to treatment and make necessary adjustments.
7. Educate patients and their families about their condition and treatment options.
8. Maintain accurate and thorough medical records.
9. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
