  1. Develop and implement efficient and cost-effective procurement processes for Highmark Health.
  2. Identify and analyze current procurement processes to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and feedback to inform process improvement strategies.
  4. Conduct market research and supplier analysis to ensure optimal selection and negotiation of contracts.
  5. Monitor and evaluate procurement KPIs and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for procurement processes.
  7. Train and educate team members on updated procurement processes and procedures.
  8. Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  9. Continuously monitor market trends and industry best practices to identify opportunities for process optimization.
  10. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure smooth and timely procurement processes.
  11. Utilize analytical skills to generate reports and provide insights to management for decision making.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities.
  13. Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  14. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to procurement processes.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert for all procurement process-related inquiries.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Procurement, Supply Chain, Or Process Improvement Roles.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Data Analysis And Process Mapping.

  • Knowledge Of Procurement Best Practices And Industry Trends.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams.
