1. Lead the delivery and implementation of our Person360 platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our customers and aligns with the company's strategic goals.
2. Utilize strong technical knowledge and understanding of Agile methodologies to drive the success of the product.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
4. Gather and analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders to continuously improve the product and address any issues.
5. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of market trends and customer needs to inform product decisions.
6. Create and maintain product documentation, including user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
