  1. Assist in providing exceptional healthcare services to patients in the Radiology department.
  2. Learn and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while working with equipment and patients.
  3. Collaborate with experienced Radiology Technologists to learn and develop skills in medical imaging techniques.
  4. Prepare and position patients for diagnostic imaging procedures.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures, equipment usage, and patient history.
  6. Provide excellent patient care and comfort during procedures.
  7. Learn and utilize proper radiation protection techniques.
  8. Assist with maintaining and organizing equipment and supplies.
  9. Attend and actively participate in training sessions and educational opportunities.
  10. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
  11. Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  12. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  13. Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and healthcare professionals.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by supervising Radiology Technologists.

Job Qualifications
  • Completion Of An Accredited Radiology Technology Program: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Degree Or Certification From An Accredited Radiology Technology Program.

  • Knowledge Of Radiology Equipment And Procedures: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Various Radiology Equipment And Procedures, Including X-Rays, Ct Scans, Mri Scans, And Ultrasounds.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As A Radiology Technologist Intern, The Candidate Will Be Required To Work Closely With Patients And Other Healthcare Professionals. Therefore, Strong Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, Are Essential.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: The Candidate Should Be Able To Handle A Fast-Paced Work Environment And Be Able To Multitask Efficiently, As They Will Be Performing A Variety Of Tasks Throughout The Day.

  • Attention To Detail: A Radiology Technologist Intern Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure Accurate And Precise Imaging Results. This Includes Positioning Patients Correctly, Adjusting Equipment Settings, And Making Note Of Any Abnormalities In The Images.
