  1. Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities to the company's operations, assets, and reputation.
  2. Develop and implement risk management strategies and processes to mitigate identified risks.
  3. Monitor and analyze internal and external factors that may impact the organization's risk profile.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and guidelines.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of risk management and compliance efforts with business objectives.
  6. Investigate and report on any potential compliance violations or incidents and recommend corrective actions.
  7. Develop and implement compliance training programs for employees to promote awareness and understanding of regulations and policies.
  8. Conduct audits and reviews to assess compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  9. Analyze data and prepare reports on risk and compliance trends, issues, and recommendations for improvement.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and external auditors.
  11. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to provide updates and recommendations on risk and compliance matters.
  12. Proactively identify and escalate potential risks and compliance issues to management.
  13. Continuously review and improve risk management and compliance processes and procedures.
  14. Participate in industry conferences and events to stay current on best practices in risk management and compliance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Finance, Business, Or Risk Management.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Risk And Compliance Analysis Within The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Government Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Such As Hipaa And Cms Guidelines.

  • Excellent Analytical Skills And Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Risks.

  • Familiarity With Risk Assessment Methodologies And Experience Developing And Implementing Compliance Programs.
