Job Description

Highmark Health seeks an experienced and highly motivated Senior Revenue Integrity Analyst to join our team. The Senior Revenue Integrity Analyst will be responsible for ensuring accurate billing, payment, and revenue processes across the organization, as well as identifying opportunities for improvement. This individual will work with various departments to ensure they are compliant with billing and other related processes. The Senior Revenue Integrity Analyst must have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, and a minimum of five years of experience in revenue cycle management or a related field. Additionally, the successful candidate must have a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and other related software. Candidates should have exceptional organizational and communication skills, as well as a proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and has a passion for maintaining accurate and efficient billing processes. Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze billing, payment, and revenue processes across the organization and identify areas for improvement.
  2. Work with various departments to ensure compliance with billing and other related processes.
  3. Develop and maintain efficient and accurate billing processes.
  4. Track and monitor billing activities and metrics.
  5. Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  6. Train and mentor team members on revenue cycle management processes.
  7. Track and report on revenue cycle performance.
  8. Develop and implement process improvements.
  9. Troubleshoot billing and revenue cycle issues.
  10. Document and update revenue cycle procedures.
