1. Analyze business data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making for the company.
2. Conduct market research and perform competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for the hospitality industry.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies.
4. Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
5. Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues and ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
6. Utilize various analytics tools and techniques to manipulate and analyze large datasets.
7. Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and hospitality.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather data and insights.
10. Act as a subject matter expert on business and analytics, providing guidance and support to other team members.
11. Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting.
12. Collaborate with IT department to ensure data infrastructure meets the needs of the business.
13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards, in all data analysis and reporting.
14. Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline data analysis processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
15. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive data.
