
Analyst, Hilton Honors Loss Prevention & Compliance

- Conduct thorough investigations into potential incidents of fraud, theft, and other security concerns within the Hilton Honors loyalty program.
- Monitor and analyze data related to Hilton Honors accounts, transactions, and activities to identify any potential risks or suspicious behavior.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to develop and implement strategies for preventing and detecting fraudulent activity within the loyalty program.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to loss prevention and compliance to ensure the effectiveness of our program.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of investigations and findings, as well as provide regular reports to management on the status of security and compliance within the program.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including guests, team members, and law enforcement, to address any security concerns or incidents.
- Develop and deliver training programs for team members on loss prevention and compliance protocols to ensure the integrity of the loyalty program.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of Hilton Honors processes and procedures to identify any potential vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
- Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to loss prevention and compliance for the Hilton Honors program.
- Uphold the values and reputation of the Hilton brand by consistently demonstrating a high level of professionalism and integrity in all job duties and interactions.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Criminal Justice Or Business Administration.
3-5 Years Of Experience In Loss Prevention, Compliance, Or Risk Management.
Knowledge Of Laws And Regulations Related To Hotel Operations And Guest Safety.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify Potential Risks And Develop Solutions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Collaborate With Team Members And Other Departments.
