
Assistant Night Manager

- Oversee the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours, ensuring all guest needs are met and exceeded.
- Coordinate and direct the activities of the night team, including front desk staff, housekeeping, and security personnel.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during the night.
- Ensure all hotel policies and procedures are being followed by staff, including safety and security protocols.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure the hotel is fully stocked and prepared for guests.
- Train and develop new and existing staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Conduct regular inspections of the hotel to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards are being met.
- Manage and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise between staff members or with guests.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as food and beverage and maintenance, to ensure a seamless overnight operation.
- Assist in managing the budget and controlling expenses to meet financial targets set by the hotel.
- Keep accurate records and report any incidents or unusual occurrences to the General Manager.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the guest experience and hotel operations.
- Uphold the values and standards of Hilton Hotels, promoting a positive and professional work culture.
Previous Experience In A Supervisory Or Management Role, Preferably In A Hotel Or Hospitality Setting.
Strong Customer Service Skills And Ability To Handle Guest Inquiries And Complaints In A Professional Manner.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, As Well As The Ability To Work Well With A Team.
Knowledge Of Hotel Operations And Procedures, Including Front Desk, Housekeeping, And Food And Beverage Departments.
Flexibility To Work Overnight Shifts And Weekends, As Well As Availability To Handle Emergency Situations As Needed.
