
Assistant Night Manager

- Greet and welcome guests to Hilton Hotels, ensuring a warm and hospitable atmosphere.
- Assist the Night Manager in overseeing the operations of the hotel during the evening and overnight hours.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs and requests are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of the job, from checking in guests to handling reservations and managing room assignments.
- Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and other departments to ensure a smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
- Handle and resolve any guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in managing the night audit and ensuring accuracy of all financial transactions.
- Coordinate and supervise the activities of the night staff, including front desk agents, night auditors, and security personnel.
- Monitor and enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff.
- Assist in training and developing new team members to maintain high standards of service.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest information, transactions, and inventory.
- Act as a liaison between guests and other hotel departments, ensuring all guest requests and needs are communicated and addressed promptly.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the overall guest experience at Hilton Hotels.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Take on additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Night Manager or hotel management.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Manage A Team And Interact With Guests.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Supervisory Role In The Hospitality Industry.
Proficient In Hotel Management Systems And Software, Such As Opera Or Fidelio.
Proven Experience In Managing Night Operations, Including Handling Guest Complaints And Resolving Issues.
Knowledge Of Safety And Security Procedures, Including Emergency Protocols And Fire Prevention Measures.
