  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in line with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding.
  3. Ensure compliance with all HR laws and regulations.
  4. Build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  5. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with the company's values.
  6. Develop and manage employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
  7. Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  8. Collaborate with department managers to identify and address any HR-related issues or concerns.
  9. Manage and oversee the HR budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  10. Develop and implement effective retention strategies to reduce employee turnover.
  11. Continuously monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the labor market.
  13. Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
  14. Conduct regular training and development sessions for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  15. Represent the company in HR-related external events and conferences.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With A Focus On Employee Relations, Talent Management, And Strategic Planning.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Hr Policies And Procedures In A Large Organization, Preferably In The Hospitality Industry.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Other Departments.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, As Well As Experience Developing And Maintaining Compliance Programs.
