  1. Develop and implement training programs for all levels of employees, including new hires, current staff, and management, to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service to our guests.
  2. Conduct regular evaluations and assessments to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for training and development opportunities.
  3. Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources, that are up-to-date and relevant to the needs of our employees.
  4. Collaborate with department heads to identify specific training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
  5. Monitor and track training progress and effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to ensure maximum impact.
  6. Lead and inspire a team of trainers and quality assurance specialists, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  7. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the training and development programs.
  8. Develop and implement quality assurance processes to maintain and improve the overall guest experience.
  9. Monitor and analyze guest feedback and implement action plans to address any areas of improvement.
  10. Partner with other departments to ensure consistency in quality standards and service delivery across all areas of the hotel.
  11. Regularly communicate with senior management on training and quality initiatives and provide progress updates.
  12. Lead by example and uphold the company's values and standards of excellence in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Training And Quality Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Training And Quality Management, Preferably In The Hospitality Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Implementing Successful Training Programs And Quality Management Processes.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Director, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Trainers And Quality Assurance Professionals. They Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Their Team To Achieve Their Goals.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry Standards: The Director Of Training And Quality Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Industry Standards And Best Practices Related To Training And Quality Management. This Includes Knowledge Of Customer Service Standards, Safety And Security Protocols, And Regulatory Compliance.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Role Requires Frequent Communication With Various Stakeholders, Including Senior Management, Department Heads, And Employees. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Exceptional Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Convey Information And Build Relationships.

  • Analytical And Strategic Thinking: The Director Of Training And Quality Should Be Able To Analyze Data, Identify Trends, And Develop Strategies To Improve Training And Quality Management Processes. They Should Have A Strong Business Acumen And The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions To Achieve Organizational Goals.
