General Maintenance Engineer

In this role as a General Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the facility in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service. Perform routine maintenance and repairs, schedule and perform preventative maintenance for all areas of the hotel. Operates and maintains boilers, compressors, refrigeration equipment, generators, air-conditioning facilities and all equipment driven by steam, air, gas, water or any other power-developing energy. Patrols, inspects and maintains all mechanical, HVAC, electrical, piping and plumbing systems and Kitchen equipment to the end that the most economical and efficient results may be obtained. Respond to guest room calls as required. Complete any and all assigned preventative maintenance procedures.
