  1. Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for all guest inquiries, concerns, and requests, promptly addressing and resolving any issues that arise.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, anticipating their needs and ensuring their overall satisfaction throughout their stay.
  4. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless and efficient operations, working together to provide the best possible experience for guests.
  5. Train and supervise front desk staff to ensure they are consistently providing exceptional service and upholding the hotel's standards.
  6. Monitor guest feedback and reviews, taking necessary actions to address any areas of improvement and promote positive experiences.
  7. Handle guest complaints and escalate as necessary, following up to ensure timely resolution and guest satisfaction.
  8. Coordinate special requests and arrangements for VIP guests, such as room upgrades, restaurant reservations, and personalized amenities.
  9. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and maintain a thorough knowledge of the hotel's offerings and services in order to effectively assist and guide guests.
  10. Maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling guest information and interactions.
  11. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop promotions and packages to attract and retain guests.
  12. Prepare reports and presentations for management, highlighting guest satisfaction and providing recommendations for improvement.
  13. Assist with budget planning and management for guest relations expenses.
  14. Attend regular meetings and training sessions to stay updated on hotel policies, procedures, and systems.
  15. Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.
