  1. Develop and implement data analytics strategies to improve the performance of Hilton Hotels.
  2. Utilize data and analytics to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to enhance guest experiences and increase revenue.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  4. Monitor and analyze hotel performance metrics, including occupancy rates, ADR, and RevPAR, to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to track hotel performance and present findings to senior management.
  6. Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics and proactively identify opportunities to incorporate them into the hotel's operations.
  8. Train and mentor team members on data analysis techniques and tools.
  9. Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline data collection and analysis.
  10. Collaborate with revenue management teams to develop pricing and promotional strategies based on data insights.
  11. Communicate effectively with hotel staff and management to ensure data-driven decisions are understood and implemented.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and security of all data and analytics.
  13. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  14. Represent Hilton Hotels in a professional manner and maintain a positive relationship with guests, vendors, and team members.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue through data and analytics.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Hospitality Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hotel Operations Or Revenue Management.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools Such As Excel, Tableau, Or Sas.

  • Experience With Hotel Performance Metrics And Kpis, Such As Revpar, Adr, Occupancy, And Market Share.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Data And Insights To Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
