- Develop and implement strategies to improve hotel performance based on data insights.
- Collaborate with department heads to set performance goals and monitor progress.
- Communicate performance data and insights to upper management to inform decision-making.
- Utilize various data analysis tools and techniques to track and evaluate hotel performance.
- Train and mentor team members on data analysis and performance improvement methods.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the hotel remains competitive.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive performance and meet goals.
- Monitor and assess competitor performance to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Create and present reports on hotel performance to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Work closely with revenue management and marketing teams to develop and implement effective pricing strategies and promotions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve data collection and analysis processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Keep abreast of new technologies and tools to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Data And Insights To Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hotel Performance Analytics, Preferably In A Managerial Role.
Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools Such As Excel, Tableau, And/Or Sas.
Knowledge Of Hotel Industry Trends And Key Performance Indicators (Kpis) Such As Occupancy Rates, Revenue Per Available Room (Revpar), And Average Daily Rate (Adr).
