As the Housekeeping Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas, ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.   1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including scheduling, training, and supervising housekeeping staff.
  2. Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained according to Hilton's standards and policies.
  3. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and identify any maintenance or repairs needed.
  4. Maintain inventory and order supplies for the housekeeping department, ensuring that all cleaning products and equipment are well-stocked and in good working condition.
  5. Coordinate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure a seamless guest experience and timely resolution of any issues.
  6. Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure a high level of cleanliness and efficiency.
  7. Monitor and maintain the budget for the housekeeping department, ensuring that expenses are within budget and identifying areas for cost-saving opportunities.
  8. Train and educate housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and Hilton's service standards.
  9. Respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.
  10. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to housekeeping staff to ensure high-quality work and continuous improvement.
  11. Collaborate with the hotel management team to develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and maintain the hotel's reputation.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in housekeeping management and implement new techniques and technologies where applicable.
  13. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations and standards.
  14. Create and maintain a positive and supportive work environment for housekeeping staff, fostering teamwork and promoting a culture of excellence.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Supervisory Role Within The Housekeeping Department Of A Hotel Or Hospitality Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Housekeeping Procedures, Including Cleaning Techniques, Inventory Management, And Scheduling.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Train A Team Of Housekeeping Staff.

  • Proficiency In Computer Software Such As Microsoft Office And Property Management Systems.

  • Understanding Of Health And Safety Regulations And Ability To Maintain A Clean And Safe Environment For Guests And Employees.
