1. Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting parts as needed.
2. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems, using knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
3. Repair or replace faulty components and parts to ensure proper functioning of HVAC systems.
4. Keep detailed records of maintenance and repair work, including parts used and time spent on each task.
5. Respond to guest and employee requests for HVAC maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
6. Monitor and maintain optimal indoor air quality by regularly changing filters and ensuring proper ventilation.
7. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while working on HVAC systems, including handling refrigerants and electrical components.
8. Collaborate with other members of the maintenance team to identify and address recurring issues and implement preventative measures.

10. Provide excellent customer service to guests and colleagues, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.
