Job Description

  1. Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on all hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, and other mechanical systems.
  3. Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the ongoing safety and functionality of all equipment and systems.
  4. Respond promptly to guest requests for maintenance assistance, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
  5. Keep accurate records of all maintenance work performed, including maintenance logs and inventory management.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute maintenance projects, such as renovations or upgrades.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technology advancements in the field of maintenance and engineering.
  9. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
  10. Communicate effectively with management and colleagues to report any issues or concerns that may impact the guest experience.
  11. Train and mentor new maintenance team members as needed.
  12. Continuously assess and improve maintenance procedures to increase efficiency and minimize downtime.
  13. Recommend and implement cost-saving measures to help the hotel achieve its financial goals.
  14. Uphold the Hilton Hotels brand standards and ensure all maintenance work reflects the company's commitment to excellence.
  15. Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergency maintenance requests outside of regular working hours.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Performing Maintenance And Repair Tasks For Various Mechanical, Electrical, And Plumbing Systems In A Hotel Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Building Codes, Safety Standards, And Regulations Related To Maintenance And Engineering Operations.

  • Proficient In Using A Variety Of Tools And Equipment For Troubleshooting And Repairing Equipment And Systems.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work Independently To Identify And Resolve Maintenance Issues.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Other Team Members And Provide Exceptional Customer Service To Hotel Guests.
