Manager, Furniture, Fixtures, & Equipment (FF&E) Strategic Sourcing

Develop strategies to optimize the performance of FF&E programs, using your expertise in procurement and strategic sourcing. Handle FF&E sourcing initiatives, including bidding, analysis, supplier negotiations, coordination of design reviews, and award recommendations. Lead product development through the review of product specifications, and drawings and working with design teams and suppliers. Handle supplier relationships and vetting, including capability assessments, business reviews, supply chain management, and performance management. Serve as a subject matter authority, providing analysis and innovation, including the development of Brand Standards. Partner with the Responsible Sourcing team to implement solutions toward Hilton’s Travel with Purpose 2030 sustainability goals. Proactively engage with suppliers to cultivate diverse opportunities.
