Job Description

If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Hilton Hotels is seeking an Overnight Manager to join our team and oversee the operations of our hotel during the night shift. As the Overnight Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests while also managing the night staff and maintaining the overall efficiency of the hotel.   1. Oversee all operations of the hotel during the night shift, ensuring the safety and comfort of guests.
  2. Manage and supervise night staff, including front desk agents, housekeeping, and security personnel.
  3. Maintain and monitor hotel occupancy levels and room availability, making necessary adjustments and arrangements.
  4. Ensure all guest requests and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  5. Monitor and control hotel expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and other operational expenses.
  6. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to brand standards.
  7. Handle any guest complaints or issues that may arise during the night shift, effectively resolving them to ensure guest satisfaction.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient hotel operations during the night shift.
  9. Train and mentor night staff to maintain high levels of performance and uphold brand standards.
  10. Enforce hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols.
  11. Create and maintain schedules for night staff, ensuring adequate coverage and managing any staffing issues that may arise.
  12. Communicate effectively with other hotel managers and departments to provide updates and address any issues or concerns.
  13. Maintain accurate records and reports of nightly operations and incidents.
  14. Continuously seek ways to improve and enhance the guest experience during the night shift.
  15. Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to night staff, recognizing and addressing any areas for improvement.

Job Qualifications
