7. Address and resolve any guest complaints or concerns regarding cleanliness or service in a prompt and professional manner.
8. Create and maintain standard operating procedures for the stewarding department to ensure consistency and efficiency.
9. Monitor and control costs to ensure the department operates within budget.
10. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and a strong work ethic among the stewarding team.
11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, implementing new strategies to improve efficiency and service delivery.
12. Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by the management team.
