  1. Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends and competitive landscape to identify revenue opportunities for the hotels within the designated area.
  2. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase revenue.
  3. Collaborate with the revenue management team to develop and implement pricing and inventory strategies that maximize revenue and profitability.
  4. Utilize data and analytics to forecast demand and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize revenue.
  5. Conduct regular audits to ensure rate integrity and consistency across all booking channels.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including hotel managers, sales teams, and corporate revenue management to ensure effective communication and alignment of revenue strategies.
  7. Identify and troubleshoot revenue-related issues and provide timely and effective solutions.
  8. Prepare and present revenue reports and insights to senior management and make recommendations for revenue optimization.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in market conditions to proactively adjust revenue strategies.
  10. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to support revenue generation initiatives.
  11. Maintain a strong understanding of the Holiday Inn brand and its standards to ensure consistency in revenue management practices.
  12. Train and mentor new team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their roles effectively.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Revenue Management Or Financial Analysis

  • Knowledge Of Hotel Revenue Management Systems And Strategies
